"From this time on all their sorrows were gone
And together, they lived happily on and on
The fairytale is coming to an end,
With the sound of this little song

Great it was to be with you
Together with courage and with strength
And the witch is up the flue
Burnt and gone forever!

Hurray, hey, hey, hey,
We burnt the witch all up,
And good has overcome
the evil, la, la, la, la, la, la..."

(Hansel & Gretel final song)
